Day 0

Today is day 0 for getting into shape. Or rather a better shape. I have a HS alumni basketball game and it’s in 36 days. So that means I have a little more than 5 weeks to train and be ready. So if it’s 5 weeks away, that means I have 5 cheat days in the next 36 days, and days of rest from training. Wish me luck. I have a goal of losing 10-20lbs, nothing crazy. However, by the time my Alumni track meet is, I want to be down 25-35lbs.
